Cancellation policy

All spa package appointments will require a credit card number on file to hold your appointment. Please help us maintain harmony by respecting our 48-hour cancellation policy. Spa packages not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the package value. No-shows on the day of service will be charged full price. Thank you for respecting our technicians' time.
